Wedding Venue
This stunning venue overlooks 80+ acres with a private lake and dock and is able to accommodate up to 250 guests. Your guests will enter through 10 foot oversized, rod iron decorative doors which lead into the ceremony hall. The cathedral ceilings boast a beautiful chandelier.
The property offers a two-story bridal suite, separated from the one-level groom’s suite and theatre room by a grand staircase. For caterer’s, there is a preparation room, which includes a warming station, fridge, sink, ice machine and prep area. The 5,200 square foot ceremony hall also includes a 1,200 square foot balcony for additional guest seating which overlooks the stained concrete flooring and suites.
Numerous French doors open up to nearly 5,000 square feet of covered patio space with an outdoor bar and kitchen area that overlooks the lake. An oversized, decorative outdoor fireplace offers a warming touch for fall and winter events. The venue has numerous indoor and outdoor ceremony options and is climate controlled for a comfortable experience regardless of the weather.

Where are you located?
We’re in Newkirk, Oklahoma, a short drive from southern Kansas and within reach of the Oklahoma City and Tulsa areas.
What makes your venue unique?

How many guests can you accommodate?

What’s included with the venue rental?
Exclusive use of the property during your rental window, ceremony and reception spaces, standard tables and chairs (counts provided during booking), on-site parking, and access for your vendors. Add-ons like décor items or extended hours may be available.
How long is the rental period?
Our typical wedding rental provides a full-day window designed for setup, ceremony, photos, reception, and cleanup. Exact hours are confirmed at booking.
Do you host events other than weddings?
Yes. We welcome family reunions, company parties, showers, gender reveals, quinceañeras, holiday parties, and more.
Can we tour the venue? (How do I schedule a walkthrough?)

Do you require specific vendors? (Can I bring my own caterer or DJ?)
You may bring your preferred vendors. We’re happy to share a recommended vendor list if you’d like suggestions.
What’s your alcohol policy?
No outside alcohol is permitted. Our licensed bartenders will provide Beer, wine, and spirits. Security and event insurance may be required depending on service style.
Do you have a weather backup plan?
Yes. We offer flexible indoor and covered options if weather shifts. Your coordinator can help set a weather call timeline for a smooth transition.
Is the venue accessible?
Key areas of the venue are accessible, including parking and primary gathering spaces. If a guest has specific mobility needs, let us know so we can help plan the best routes and seating.
Do you allow sparkler exits or fireworks?
Sparkler send-offs are permitted in designated outdoor areas with a safety plan. Fireworks are allowed, however may have restrictions.
What décor is allowed? (Open flames? Hanging installations?)
Most décor is welcome. Flameless candles are encouraged; open flames must follow safety rules. Hanging installs require prior approval and professional rigging if needed.
Do you provide linens, dishware, and décor?
Tables and chairs are included; linens, tableware, specialty furniture, and décor can be rented through your chosen vendor or our preferred partners.
Do you require event insurance or security?
Event insurance is typically required; security may be required for events with bar service. We’ll confirm the details during booking.
What’s your cancellation or date-change policy?

Do you offer rehearsal time?
